Televic Recording and Transcription System for meetingsThe T-ReX (Televic Recording Matrix) is a software suite for multichannel recording and transcription.

It is compatible with Televic conference equipment and third party equipment.

T-ReX is a software suite that runs on a standard PC and that records multiple audio channels simultaneously.

In a multilingual environment, T-ReX records the audio of the speaker, and simultaneously records the different interpreter channels.

An integrated coupling with the conference system automatically generates timestamps to mark all relevant events during your conference.

The suite also has a tool that helps transcribers with the the transcription of the recordings made by the T-ReX recorder.

A network interface allows remote management and control using a standard internet browser.

TReX - 2 Channel Recording Tool
The TReX two channel recording software offers all you need to record your conference floor audio, and one additional channel.

When connecting a data link to your Televic central unit, T-Rex will automatically time stamp your audio. Automatic time stamps are for example be: microphone ON/OFF or badge insertion.

Markers or time stamps can also manually be placed while recording. This is to mark events that are important during the meeting, but that cannot be registered automatically. For example: "Mr x leaves the meeting room.

The two channel recording software is delivered complete with a USB 2 channel audio capturing device.

 

TReX - MultiChannel Recording Tool
The TReX multichannel recording software offers all you need to record your conference floor audio, and up to 7 additional channels.

When connecting a data link to your Televic central unit, T-Rex will automatically time stamp your audio. Automatic time stamps are for example be: microphone ON/OFF or badge insertion.

To record up to 8 channels, an additional 3rd party device is required to transform the analog audio to USB or Firewire (not supplied)

 

TReX - Transcription Tool
The TReX Transcription software is the ideal tool to be used by transcribers to create meeting minutes.

Televic Transcription SoftwareThe tool allows transcribers to listen to the recording while controlling the playback through a foot pedal.

For the purpose of intelligibility, the speed of playback can be controlled without changing its pitch.

In addition, to help the transcription of difficult to understand sections in the recording, the transcriber can simultaneously listen to two different languages in the left and right ear.


TReX - Player

TReX Player - Meeting Audio PlayerThe TReX Player is a small software tool that opens TReX recordings. Like any other player it playbacks the audio file, but additionally lets the user choose between the available languages in that audio file and displays the markers. The user can browse through the markers and jump to any point in the recording by clicking the respective marker. The TReX Player is a free tool that can be distributed freely throughout your organisation.
