i208-i

The i208-i is the latest innovation in compact line-array technology from Clair Brothers. The i208-i incorporates a proven approach to low/mid frequency symmetry first introduced in the Clair Brothers CAT^TM system.

The centrally positioned high frequency waveguide couples to a modular horizontal waveguide which provides the option of custom tailoring horizontal dispersion on an application specific basis. Standard module is 120 degrees and 90 degrees is optional. This modular section is flanked by the low frequency and low/mid frequency components. Each 8 inch low and low/mid frequency driver is front loaded in its own tuned reflex chamber.

The i208-i speaker cabinet is designed to provide exceptional intelligibility and is capable of a frequency response of 60Hz - 20kHz.

The i208-i enclosure is equipped with structurally integrated rigging that allow the line array's vertical coverage to be customized to meet the specific needs of a variety of installations. Rear rigging hardware allows for angle adjustments between 0 and 10 degrees at 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5 or 10 degree increments.

As with all Clair Brothers products, the i208-i is constructed of the finest Baltic birch plywood and finished with a rugged exterior epoxy to withstand the most demanding conditions.

The speaker grille is constructed of high-grade 14 gauge perforated steel and finished with a commercial grade powder coat finish.
