Community’s Solutions Series is a comprehensive range of loudspeakers that offers system designers the tools to meet speech and music sound reinforcement requirements in challenging acoustical environments and a wide range of applications, including houses of worship, theatres, auditoriums, dance clubs, sports venues and portable rental systems.

The key to the Solution Series unique abilities lies in the use of one-piece moulded fibreglass multi-horn baffles. Not only is fibreglass an inherently ideal acoustic material but its use in a moulding allows Community to position each drive unit exactly where it needs to be, in both vertical and horizontal planes, and to apply precision horn loading to each component, providing an accurately controlled, phase coherent wavefront from the system as a whole.

From the diminutive SLS915 to the massively powerful SLS980, the Solution Series use Community’s own drive units throughout, including the highly acclaimed VHF100 1-inch exit compression HF unit, the industry-leading 2-inch exit M200 compression. All drive units are cast chassis and larger units feature   triple-spider suspensions for high power handling and reliability and dynamic bass performance.

The solution Series are designed for electronically-controlled use with the DXP4800 4-in x 8-out digital   system controller. In addition, the compact SLS915 features a built-in crossover and can be used in passive or bi-amped mode.

The range consists of five full range models, the SLS915, SLS918, SLS 920, SLS 960 and SLS980, and four subs, the 1 x 12” SBS12, 2 x 12” SBS22, 2 x 15” SBS25 and 4 x 15” SBS45. The rugged trapezoidal Baltic Birch cabinets have a highly durable paint finish and smaller cabinets can be pole-mounted on subs for portable and touring ground stack use. The enclosures incorporate 3/8-16 load-rated rigging points for tour flying and fixed installations.
